What Is Pre-Order?
Khouture produces selected styles in limited batches.
Pre-order allows you to reserve your pair before the next batch is made.
Made Individually
Each pair of Khouture shoes is individually made and finished by hand.
As a result, no two pairs are ever completely identical.
Minor variations in colour, stones, or other details may occur and are a natural part of small-batch craftsmanship.
These variations do not affect quality, fit, or overall expression.
How It Works

Your shoes are shipped once the batch is ready.
Production Time
Pre-order styles have an expected delivery time of approximately 5–6 weeks.
Payment
Payment is charged at the time of order to secure your pair in the upcoming batch.
Returns & Exchanges
Pre-order items follow the same return and exchange policy as regular purchases.
Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
