You will receive an email confirmation a few minutes after placing your order. If not, please check your spam folder. If your email was entered incorrectly, the order may still be processed. Contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicates.
In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days in Denmark. International orders begin processing within 3–5 days but may have longer delivery times. Pre-order items show an estimated delivery window on each product page.
You have 14 days to return unused shoes in their original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items with wear or missing packaging may receive a reduced refund.

Refunds are issued once we receive and approve your return. Mastercard and Visa Electron refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear.
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. You may return it within 14 days for a full refund or request a price reduction.
If something is missing or incorrect in your delivery, contact us immediately so we can correct it.
Khouture heels run slightly large. If you are between sizes, choose the size you normally prefer for heels.
Pre-order allows you to reserve your size before production. The estimated delivery window is on the product page. Your shoes ship as soon as the batch is ready.
Wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid water and rough surfaces. Store your shoes in the included dust bags.
Premium leather may vary slightly between batches. This is natural and not a defect.
We accept major credit cards and standard online payment methods.
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
