Certain products or services offered by Khouturefashion may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” offers. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds apply to these purchase types.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely using your selected payment method

  • You will be charged for each delivery unless the subscription is prepaid

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the agreed term

Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation emails

  • Changes or cancellations take effect for future deliveries only

  • Charges already processed for shipped or prepared items are non-refundable

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are not yet in stock or are produced on demand.

Payment

  • A full payment or partial deposit may be charged at checkout

  • In some cases, payment details may be stored securely and charged once production or fulfillment begins

Cancellation Rights

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled only before production or fulfillment begins

  • Once production has started or the item has been fulfilled, the order can no longer be cancelled

As our products are handmade, pre-orders are often produced specifically for you. If fulfillment has started, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Estimated pre-order lead time for B2C orders is approximately 2 months, unless otherwise stated.


Try Before You Buy

For “try before you buy” purchases:

  • Your payment method will be authorized but not charged before shipment

  • You will have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep the item

  • If the item is not returned within the trial period, the full amount will be charged automatically

Returned items must meet all return eligibility requirements (unused, indoor trial only, original packaging, sole stickers intact).


Returns & Refunds

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to our Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy, including inspection-based approval and applicable timelines.


Important Notes

  • Handmade leather products may show natural variations, which are not defects

  • Refunds may be reduced or declined if returned items show signs of use or damage

  • EU consumers retain their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable
