1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on khouture.dk, whether as a private customer (B2C) or a business client (B2B), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Khouture may update these terms without notice, and any changes apply to future purchases once published.

2. Products

All products are handmade in leather. Slight variations in color, texture, shade, or grain are natural characteristics—not defects.
Leather is delicate and must be handled with care, especially on rough surfaces or in harsh conditions.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices may change at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout.
Your payment is charged once your order is received, processed, and forwarded to the manufacturer.

4. Delivery & Lead Times

B2C:

In-stock items: 2–4 business days within Denmark

International delivery times vary

Pre-order items: approx. 2 months

B2B:

Production time: 6–8 weeks

If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you with alternatives or offer a refund.

5. Returns, Refunds & Right to Withdraw

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@khouture.dk within 14 days of delivery. 
Items must be unused, tried indoors only, in original packaging, and with sole stickers intact.
Used or worn items may result in a reduced or declined refund.

Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved. Card refunds may take up to 2 weeks.

6. Warranty Claims

A 2-year warranty under Danish law covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover wear, misuse, water damage, or improper handling.

7. Defective / Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Our shoes are handmade, and therefore no pair is 100% identical.Our shoes are made from genuine, high-quality leather. As leather is a natural material and sourced from different production batches, slight variations in color tones and texture may occur. For example, some batches may appear slightly darker or lighter than others. These natural differences add to the uniqueness and character of each pair and are not considered defects.Upper: Our high heel shoes are crafted with premium materials such as leather, suede or satin, Specific material information is provided for each product on our website.Embellishments: The shoes feature decorative elements like rhinestones, sequins, pearls, or bows, adding a unique touch to each pair.While our heels in leather and embellishments exude glamour, they require delicate handling. Avoid surfaces that may cause damage, as the intricate details demand care.

8. Liability

Khouture is not responsible for indirect losses, misuse, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Copyright & Trademarks

All website content is protected by copyright. Reproduction or copying of any material is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

We collect only essential information required to process your order. Data is shared solely with secure partners (payment providers, shipping partners, webshop system).
Information is stored for up to 5 years as required by Danish law.

All purchases are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in Denmark.
