RETURNS
Return Window
You have 14 days to return unused shoes in original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@khouture.dk within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
Shoes must be:

unused
-
tried only indoors
-
returned in original packaging

with all protective sole stickers still attached
- Customers must email before returning an item.
Items with wear or removed stickers may receive a reduced refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued once your return is received and approved.
Card refunds (Visa Electron, Mastercard) may take up to 2 weeks.
CANCELLATION
