Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. You do not need to email us first: fill in the form below and we will reply with approval and your return shipping QR code.
How it works
- Start your return. Fill in the form below with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Wait for approval. We reply by email, normally within 1-2 business days. Please do not send anything before you have our approval.
- Get your QR code. After approval we email you a return shipping QR code. Take it with the parcel to a drop-off point. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
- Send the item back. Unused and unworn, in the original packaging, with the sole protection stickers intact.
- Get your refund. We inspect the return and confirm by email. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 14 days.
Good to know
- We do not offer exchanges. Return the item, then place a new order.
- Sale, custom, made-to-order, personalized and worn items cannot be returned.
- Natural variations in leather are not defects.
